Frequently Asked Questions

I'm a solo business owner. Is Inity Solutions really for me?

Absolutely. Some of our best work happens with businesses of one. You don't need a team already in place to work with us. In fact, if you're doing everything yourself and running out of runway, that's exactly where we start. We'll find where your time is bleeding out and fix that first..

Do I have to use all of your services?

Not at all. Pick one, pick three, or pick all of them. Every engagement starts with a Client Needs Assessment so we can tell you exactly which service will make the biggest impact on your time and bottom line first. We build around what you actually need, not a package we need to sell.

What does "fractional" mean and why wouldn't I just hire someone full time?

Fractional means you get executive-level expertise without the full-time salary, benefits, and overhead. For most growing businesses, a full-time COO isn't the right move yet. A fractional executive gives you the same result at a fraction of the cost, exactly when you need it, and we step back when the work is done.

Can I hire a virtual admin for a short-term or one-off project?

Yes. We can deploy a virtual admin best suited for your immediate needs, whether that's a single project, a busy season, or a specific task you need handled fast. No long-term commitment required for short-term work. When you're ready for ongoing VA support, our long-term solutions are available with a 90-day minimum commitment so we can match you with the right person, onboard them properly, and make sure the partnership actually sticks.

How does the AI and tech side work? Do I need to be technical?

Not even a little. Our tech services are handled by a specialist who builds AI systems and automations custom built for your exact business. You tell us the problem you're trying to solve. We figure out the solution. You don't need to understand how it works to benefit from it.

What is the Client Needs Assessment and what does it cost?

It's a focused discovery process where we dig into your operations, your team, your systems, and your goals before recommending anything. It's how we make sure we're solving the right problem, not just the loudest one. Your first strategy call is free.

What is the On the Bike Method?

It's how we build every business we touch. We don't hand you a plan and disappear. We build it with you, while you're still riding. You keep making money while we build the infrastructure, bring in the right people, and hand you back the keys, fully operational. No downtime. No chaos.

How is this different from hiring a business coach?

A coach gives you tools and leaves you to figure out how to use them. We roll up our sleeves and do the work with you. We're a temporary executive on your team, not someone you meet with once a week for accountability. When we leave, your business runs. That's the whole point.

What about marketing and web services? How does that work?

Our marketing services are delivered through a trusted partner in our network who handles full-service web design, SEO, and digital marketing strategy. You access them directly through Inity Solutions. No middle layers, no markup games. Just quality work through a team we stand behind completely.

What does it cost to work with Inity Solutions?

We built our pricing to meet you wherever you are. Our For You Collection has free resources and high-impact a la carte products and services starting at $27, with options up to $3,000 for more comprehensive standalone tools. For larger engagements we offer two paths: By Design projects with fixed, transparent pricing for semi-custom work, and fully custom projects priced after a comprehensive analysis of your specific business needs. No guessing, no surprise invoices. You'll always know what you're getting into before you commit.

How long do projects typically take?

It depends on the scope, but most projects range from 2.5 weeks to 12 to 15 weeks. Smaller, focused engagements move fast. Larger builds that include hiring, systems, and full infrastructure take longer because we do it right, not just quickly. Memberships, subscriptions, and ongoing retained services require a 90-day commitment to start, and after that there are no long-term contracts required to sustain the engagement. We stay because the work is good, not because you're locked in.

What are your Terms and Conditions?

Our Terms and Conditions outline the scope of our services, payment expectations, refund policies, intellectual property rights, and the terms that govern our working relationship. We believe in full transparency so there are never any surprises. You can read our complete Terms and Conditions by clicking the link in our footer toolbar.
